Right in the first days of establishment after a year of unification, the country faced many difficulties and challenges due to the consequences of war, embargo and the stagnation of the subsidy mechanism, production stagnation, social life was too difficult. towel; However, with the consensus and determination of the staff and employees, they were resilient, clinging, determined to restore and maintain production to build a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the Company. Certainly, the success of the Company today is also the result of the contribution of labor, energy and wisdom as well as the integrity, thoughtfulness, commitment and sharing of generations of employees. Those contributions are always remembered, respected, preserved and promoted.

As we all know, the inorganic chemical manufacturing industry is the basic industry, playing an important role in the country’s industrialization process. The pillar industries such as iron and steel, mechanical engineering, automobile, construction and infrastructure works… are all associated with the support of inorganic chemical products. During the past 45 years, with the change of the market economy mechanism and the rapid development of science and technology, generations of employees of the Company have contributed to research on technology, products and services. , intensive domestic and foreign markets, helping the Company make breakthrough and timely decisions, and since then, advanced technologies and equipment are invested, bringing to the market new high-quality products. , promptly meet customer needs, the company’s products have a firm foothold in the market.

In the coming time, the Company will continue to pursue the missions and policies that the Company always aims at; continue boldly innovating in management methods, business strategies, techniques and technologies in line with the general development trend of the country and the world as well as always maintaining solidarity and strengthening synergies both inside and outside in the context that the Company will both ensure production and business and carry out the project of relocating the old factories.
